MNDL Bio offers services for recombinant gene expression optimization across selected host organisms through the Platform. While we provide tools, algorithms, and expertise for optimization, current use of the Platform is for non-commercial purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of these services.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that it poses a biosecurity, biosafety, patent infringement, export restriction, or feasibility concern. Any cancellation will be without penalty to MNDL Bio. Our right to provide services to other parties remains unaffected, as long as we comply with confidentiality obligations.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete sequence information as requested by the tool. This includes details such as 5'UTR, coding region, and any specific requirements or constraints for the optimization process. The tool will perform the optimization based on the data you provide.

By using our service, you agree that you have the rights to the provided sequence and that it complies with all relevant laws and regulations. You also confirm that the sequence does not contain any restricted or hazardous materials.

Our services focus on scientific optimization processes, but the final performance depends on many factors outside our control, including experimental conditions, protocols, and environmental variables.

MNDL Bio shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or services. This includes scenarios where optimized sequences fail to produce the desired results or do not exhibit improved expression.​

The optimized sequence:

The optimized sequence is intended for your internal research use only. You may not sell, resell, transfer, or distribute the optimized sequence to any third party. You are solely responsible for ensuring the optimized sequence complies with all applicable laws and regulations for your intended use. You are prohibited from reverse engineering, deconstructing, or disassembling the optimized sequence and from using the optimized sequence in humans, food, drugs, devices, cosmetics, or for human or animal consumption without obtaining necessary approvals.

The Platform:

The Platform is intended for scientific research purposes only. You agree to use it in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful activity, nor attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or exploit the services.

Milk proteins or genes related to milk proteins cannot be submitted or processed on the Platform.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform.

All intellectual property related to the Platform, including software, content, algorithms, and design, remains the sole property of MNDL Bio.

The intellectual property rights for optimized gene sequences generated through the Platform are retained by the user. However, all other intellectual property, including the optimization methodology and algorithms, belongs exclusively to MNDL Bio.

You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from the Platform without prior written consent from MNDL Bio.

No rights to each other's intellectual property are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

You are responsible for determining any restrictions on using the optimized sequence due to third-party patents.

Each user account is a single-user license and non-transferable. Accounts are approved individually by MNDL Bio, and usage is restricted to the registered user only.

By using the Platform, you are encouraged to share experimental data for each optimized variant with MNDL Bio, whenever feasible and permissible. This data, if shared, will contribute to improving our services and algorithms. While sharing data is not mandatory, it greatly helps us refine our technology and enhance its benefits for the scientific community.

By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal data.

MNDL Bio provides the Platform "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We shall not be liable for any delays, disruptions, or errors on the Platform caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

MNDL Bio reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Israel.
